Wallace Tang, Chief Financial Officer of Blue Lake Capital, has over 20 years of experience in financial management, business operations and audit. 

Prior to joining Blue Lake Capital, Wallace was the CFO of MediaV Group. He led the spin-off of MediaV, whose online integrated marketing service was acquired by Leo Group (SZ: 002131), with the online traffic transaction platform acquired by Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) in 2016. Before that, Wallace served as the Financial Director of Anjuke, a Shanghai-based online platform for users to search residential real estate throughout China, which was acquired by 58.com in 2015. He also served as the Financial Director and Internal Audit Director at Adecco, Avery Dennison and KPMG. 

Wallace is a graduate of ENPC (École des Ponts ParisTech) & Tongji University, where he obtained his International MBA Degree. 

Wallace likes to travel with his family to experience different cultures and try local foods during the holidays. Wallace loves to play golf on different courses on the weekends. 

Haohui Chen, Partner of Blue Lake Capital, is an experienced in software and e-commerce operator turned investor. 

Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Haohui held positions in Yahoo! Search and Alimama, two business divisions of Alibaba Group, as well as angel fund Ameba Capital.  Haohui is also an entrepreneur who has successfully built and then sold an e-commerce business. He has rich experience in the operation and management of software and e-commerce, which he frequently shares with his portfolio companies. 

Haohui loves soccer and is a veteran assassin in the game Honor of Kings. 

Haitao Wei, Partner of Blue Lake Capital, has over 10 years of experience in technology venture investments, with a focus on investments in enterprise software and services and advanced manufacturing. Haitao Wei was honorably named as one of the “2023 Cyzone Top 40 Investors under 40 years old”.

Prior to joining Blue Lake Capital, Haitao worked for F&G Venture and Ivy Capital, which specialise in technology investments. 

Haitao has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. 

Haitao is a fan of basketball and an amateur basketball shooter. 

Ray Hu, Founder & Managing Partner of Blue Lake Capital, has over 20 years of venture investment and management consulting experience. For years, he has been focusing on investments in enterprise software and advanced manufacturing. Ray was named “The Best Venture Capital Investor” by Forbes China in 2019 and has been voted as “The Most Popular Investor Among Entrepreneurs” by 36Kr for multiple years. 

Prior to founding Blue Lake Capital, Ray worked for GGV Capital and Boston Consulting Group in Shanghai. 

Ray holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Economics from Fudan University and an MBA Degree from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. 

Ray is a leisure golfer.  He enjoys playing golf with friends and his 12-year-old son on the weekends.
